A strong partner. A new name.

Dear customers, partners and interested parties,

We are happy to inform you that the Uzuner Group from Bremen will take a stake as associate in clavis solutions.

In the course of this, the „clavis solutions GmbH“ will change its name to „Uzuner Solutions GmbH“. It remains however a legally independent society, under the umbrella of the Uzuner Group.
Bülent Uzuner will become the additional general manager of the Uzuner Solutions. The operative responsibility will stay with Jan-Martin Lichte.

Bülent Uzuner has founded the BTC AG in the year 2000. During more than 12 years, he developed it to one of the leading IT- and Management consulting enterprises with more than 2000 employees.
In 2013, he founded together with other partners the Uzuner Consulting GmbH, aiming to provide a holistic consulting portfolio for national and international businesses, to support their technological, managerial and business strategies.

This merger offers great advantages for us and our customers. From now on, we are able to provide Germany-wide an enlarged pool of experts, to support our customers in their complex IT projects. Also, our skills portfolio is enhanced by additional topics, like IT strategy and Microsoft Sharepoint.

Furthermore, our recently signed SAP partnership as a „Value Added Reseller“ for Cloud ERP will strengthen our focus on consulting and implementation in SAP driven landscapes.
